Returns and Exchanges Policy
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days as long as the item is in its original
unused condition. If the item has been used, laundered or altered in any way, it will not be
accepted for a refund or exchange. Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be
repaired or replaced at our option within the 30 day period. All items returned due to factory
defects must be clean (we will not accept soiled items.) To return an item, contact us either by
email or phone to receive return instructions and a return authorization number. We will not
accept a return without a return authorization number.
For items being returned for a refund, you will receive full payment amount, excluding
shipping and handling, so long as items are received in their original unused condition.
For items being exchanged, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
Items will be exchanged so long as they are received in their original unused condition.
For items being returned or exchanged due to an error on the part of Arrowhead Trading
Post, you will receive full payment amount (for returns) or new item (for exchanges) including
shipping and handling charges, so long as the items received are in their original unused
